BUREAU VERITAS Performed Inspection Audit of TSS LLC’s Bench for Hydraulic and Pneumatic Testing of Packers for INTI M.100.4-2022 and GOST ISO 14310-2014 Compliance
On 19 April 2022, TSS LLC's bench for hydraulic and mechanical testing of packers from 120 to 470 mm in diameter and up to 6000 mm in length leased from METTOIL LLC was certified for compliance with INTI M.100.4-2022, GOST ISO 14310-2014 requirements.
The inspection confirmed:
• the audit of the main operating documents;
• professional competencies of the personnel and compliance with the industrial/occupational safety requirements;
• the allowable operating characteristics of the bench (the bench operability testing was performed as validation testing under the maximum allowable (rated) operating loads).
BUREAU VERITAS confirmed that TSS LLC’s validation test bench:
• can be recommended for testing well completion equipment, packers for Validation Classes V5 ÷ V3 and V3-Н;
• can be recommended for testing well completion equipment, packers for Validation Classes V2 ÷ V0 and V0-Н.
The packer validation test program is tailored to each order to meet customer’s specifications. The certificate obtained will allow TSS LLC to join the list of oil and gas industry suppliers having certified test equipment.
